Dance/Movement Therapy incorporates body awareness and movements into the therapeutic setting as an alternative way for clients to access and process thoughts, emotions, and sensations. Note: this is not a dance class, but a mode of therapeutic processing. Pricing is the same as that of individual counseling. This service is covered by insurance at North Star Counseling, LLC.
Initial Assessment- $250
60-minute sessions- $175
45-minute sessions- $150
30-minute sessions- $125
A monthly gathering for the community to come together and engage in creating art- whether it be music, dance, theater, writing, visual arts- all are welcome. These will be a donation-based events. More details to come, stay tuned!
Individual reiki sessions- $45 for 45 minutes.
